Please Use the link below for the SOS pre class survey prior to your first class.

Please complete the pre class survey each week to self-report your pain and anxiety changes.

Please also complete the post class survey each week to self-report your pain and anxiety changes.

Setting up for the zoom call:
-
Please have it so that you can share your video that shows as much of your standing body position as possible.
-
You can do the class in a chair as well but please choose a chair that does not recline and has no arms if possible. This will make it easier for you to do the class.

Please join with camera on and microphone muted.
-
We will ask for you to speak at some points in the class.

Expectations:

Please arrive prior to the class start time.

Class will start promptly at the starting times below.
-
If for some reason your late no worries just jump in when your able, we want you there.

We will be on-line 15 minutes prior to the call just to allow people in.
-
Class should run 45 minutes with time after for questions and conversation.
-
Please feel free to leave once the class is over.

But if you want, please hang around and chat with us, we do love that.
