Daniel's professional life began in the early '90s where he played a pivotal role within a team that developed and grew a small business into a 1.3-million-dollar corporation. Starting as the manager of a single location, Daniel went on to assume responsibility for the quality control and training needs of the company as well as becoming a part owner.

Leveraging his experience, he went on to lead a department in a major non-profit which produced two internationally recognized, award-winning programs. The integration of his programs within Hartford Healthcare has been so successful that Doctors from Japan have visited and consulted with him in reference to modeling services in Japan after them. His programs ranked among the highest in the state in reference to performance measures and he was part of a team of professionals that conducted fidelity audits within the state of Connecticut to ensure that similar programs were operating at or aspiring to the same level of excellence.

A consummate autodidact, Daniel has spent decades studying the intersection of psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and communication. He is a bridge-builder with a honed ability to develop rapport, communicate, teach, negotiate, and lead. Featured in the Hartford Business Journal and honored by the Hartford Yardgoats as a "Community Hero", he currently is in preparations to give a Tedex talk as an emergent thought leader.
