Tae Kwan Do Children Training

As a business owner, teacher, and entrepreneur, Ken has been creating and implementing unique ways to positively impact communities for over thirty years.  His journey began as a martial arts school owner/operator, and with the help of an amazing team of instructors, worked side by side with families and educators to create a facility that served as a resource for the community as well as a place of learning and growth for both children and adults.

Ken served in the army national guard for seven years in the infantry. He reached the rank of sergeant before being honorably discharged.

The years of investment in community, kindness, and education culminated in the creation of Questers’ Way, a 16,000 square foot multi-dimensional family center. Questers’ Way is a brand new style of family destination. With an indoor playground, healthy foods cafe, and five classrooms full of fantastic learning and growth opportunities for all ages, its goal is to help families have a safe, fun place to learn and grow together.

In addition to founding Questers’ Way and building martial arts schools, Ken has helped design and launch everything from a full-service fitness center to a community art gallery. He has taught graduate level courses as an adjunct professor at the University of CT, and has worked closely with both schools and businesses to help them establish deep, meaningful connections with their community as well as with each other.

Central to all of these creations is the Momentum Learning System. Tested and refined through decades of teaching, the Momentum Learning System is a learner-centered approach to teaching everything from breakdancing to painting, empowering students of all ages to explore a variety of ways to move, think, and connect with others in a powerful way. It as a unique learning process that is packed full of tools designed to make learning fun, rewarding, engaging, and energizing.

Through all of Ken’s business ventures, he has always believed that one of the most valuable skills we can develop is our ability to learn and adapt to our ever-changing world. Learning shouldn’t be a chore. It certainly shouldn’t end when we finish school. Becoming a lifelong learner opens many doors. It can help you be your best self, do your best work, and live your best life.

Ken is a cofounder of Village Muse Inc, a company creating and supporting businesses like Questers’ Way to communities throughout the US, as well as partnering with service based entrepreneurs looking to scale their unique contributions.
