The Harmonetiks Project

Harmonize the World

Andrea Canevari was born in Southwestern Virginia, but was raised primarily in the Carolinas. Originally attending Radford University where she met her husband, Greg Canevari, Andrea eventually transferred to University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) where she graduated with her B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology in 2008. Andrea continued her education in pursuit of her Master of Arts in Education through Ashford University and graduated in 2012. She has more than 15 years in education and is pursuing other career interests in project management and executive assistance. Her husband, Greg, is a Marine Corps Ammunition Officer. They share three beautiful daughters, Abigail (19), Isabella (13), andRosalia (6).
The majority of Andrea’s educational experience was spent in DoDEA schools, both stateside and overseas, where she supported hundreds of military-connected students and their families. The support allowed Andrea to help those families from all over the world, from various backgrounds, and even those trying to cope with trainings and deployments. Andrea was able to make special connections with her students and their families because she had her own military family at home that often faced some of the same triumphs and struggles.
Andrea continues to stay connected to the military community as a wife, mother, and employee of Squared Away. Squared Away was started by a military spouse “to empower military spouses to build meaningful careers, be your trusted assistant, and work from anywhere”. This opportunity allows highly educated spouses to contribute to their families, build camaraderie, and use their skill mastery to help others. She is excited about her partnership with Jeff and The Harmonetiks Project. This is an opportunity to help support the life and community she holds so dear!
